Retelling the main events

The Butterfly reading group are learning to retell the main events in the story.

I like retelling the story. I know what the story is about because I read it.

Youthtown

Room 11 has been going to Youthtown this term. We have been learning how to throw a ball at a target. We learned that you need to have your one arm in an L shape ready to throw the ball. The other arm needs to be pointing at the target. Then we have to do a power throw and try to hit the target. Sometimes we hit the cones and sometimes the ball goes in a different direction.
